BGIS is hiring a Delivery Manager (Trade Services) for its Christchurch team to lead a growing in-house multi-trade maintenance team. The role covers end-to-end coordination of maintenance works, including scoping, quoting, scheduling, quality assurance, compliance, workforce planning, performance management, recruitment, training, and resource forecasting. The manager will oversee four or more direct reports, including site foremen, and collaborate with maintenance and operational stakeholders. The position requires trade-qualified or hands-on maintenance or construction experience, field-team leadership, strong communication and stakeholder skills, technical proficiency, and full working rights in New Zealand.
