Addi is hiring an Internal Developer Platform Engineer to design and operate a developer-facing platform that improves build, test, observability, and operational reliability for Java/JVM-based product teams. The role focuses on compressing CI pipeline execution times, automating SLO instrumentation, enabling self-service JVM performance triage, and introducing AI-assisted developer tools. Candidates need 3–5 years of experience building or operating Java/JVM platforms, strong software architecture and JVM internals knowledge, CI/CD optimization expertise, observability-stack experience, Linux and container fundamentals, and a developer-first mindset.
