Description
Ridango is hiring a full-time Internal IT Support Engineer in Slovenia to maintain the reliability and security of internal workplace technology. The role supports employees with devices, Office 365, Atlassian, email, network, software, MFA, and MDM issues; manages user accounts, permissions, onboarding, offboarding, hardware provisioning, and asset inventory; administers Azure AD/Entra, Office 365, Jira, Confluence, and InfoSecIQ; builds small PowerAutomate and Jira automations; and supports ISMS audits and compliance tasks. The position requires M365, Azure AD/Entra, Jira/Confluence, basic networking, MFA/MDM, troubleshooting, clear communication, attention to detail, and ownership of end-to-end tasks.
