SpaceX is hiring an Internal Mobility Analyst (Recruiting) to partner with recruiters and hiring managers on internal candidate assessments, job postings, candidate matching, interview debriefs, feedback packaging, candidate relationships, disposition, and recruiting-process improvements. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least one year of professional experience in operations, recruiting, or human resources; preferred qualifications include recruiting, sourcing, human resources, executive communication, Jira, Greenhouse, Microsoft Office, and customer service experience. The position is 100% onsite, requires relocation if the applicant is not already local, and may require extended hours and weekends.
