The Internal Panel Leader will manage internal sensory panels for coffee sensory operations, recruit and monitor panelists, organize and analyze comparative, shelf-life, and agile tests, prepare studies in EyeQuestion, ensure data quality and laboratory compliance, and support factories with sensory best practices. The role is 100% workload, runs from mid-November 2026 to mid-May 2027, and requires a bachelor's degree in sensory science, food science, or a related discipline, along with experience in panel management, sensory laboratory work, or flavor, beverage, or food-processing companies.
