Description
The Paint Line Associate supports training and certification, backs up Group Leader duties, resolves quality issues, conducts audits, monitors material and production flow, supports continuous improvement and safety initiatives, and assists with SOPs and shift paperwork. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent manufacturing experience, a forklift license, communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to work overtime in a physically demanding manufacturing environment. Preferred experience includes Lowe’s Paint Line and Great Plains. The hiring pay range is $49,940 to $59,488 USD, with potential annual or role-based sales incentives and comprehensive benefits.
