Description
Proxima is hiring its first Internal Program Manager to build the program management function from scratch in a ~50-person AI-first drug discovery company. The role will manage internal drug discovery programs from target identification through hit finding and lead optimization, establish program-management infrastructure, coordinate computational, biological, chemical, and proteomics teams, manage CRO and external partner relationships, support leadership decision-making, and monitor resources and risks. The position reports to the VP of R&D Strategy & Operations and works with C-Suite, scientific leadership, and external partners.
