SEnergy is hiring an Internal Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for the organization. The role partners with hiring managers, sources and evaluates candidates, conducts interviews and assessments, negotiates offers, supports onboarding, maintains talent pipelines, tracks recruitment metrics, and represents the company at recruiting events. It is based in the office in Boerne, Texas, with occasional travel for recruiting events and career fairs. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ATS and HR software proficiency, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple open requisitions.
