The Internal Technical Sales Advisor provides commercial and technical support to electrical installers, handles customer contact across multiple channels, manages quotations from needs assessment through pricing and order entry, follows up on approved quotations, and monitors logistics, delivery times, stock status, and ongoing orders. The role requires strong Dutch, commercial, administrative, and electrical knowledge, familiarity with the product range, and computer and Microsoft Office skills.
