Rexel is hiring an Internal Sales Person for its Cardiff Branch to manage existing customer accounts, develop new business, and meet branch targets. The role involves providing customer service by phone, in the branch, and by email; building client relationships; understanding individual client requirements; and potentially supporting the wider branch team through trade counter service and warehouse picking and packing. No formal qualifications are required, but experience in a competitive customer-focused sales role, customer focus, collaboration, accountability, and the ability to work under pressure are valued.
