Western Funding is hiring an on-site Internal Sales Representative in Las Vegas, Nevada, to build and manage relationships with independent and franchise dealerships, identify and follow up on sales prospects, present financing products, and train dealers on documentation and contract funding. The role requires a high school diploma, 1–2 years of sales experience, and strong communication, presentation, and sales-technique skills; automotive, finance, and sales experience are preferred. Compensation includes a guaranteed minimum of $4,500 per month for the first six months, $3,500 per month for months seven through twelve, approximately $50,000 in first-year income, and target second-year income of $80,000–$110,000, with no cap on commissions.
