Description

Wealth Enhancement, an independent wealth management firm since 1997, is seeking an Internal Sales Specialist. This fully remote role supports Marketing Regional Vice Presidents (MRVPs) in building new client relationships, requiring a strong understanding of wealth management practices and financial planning. The specialist will handle lead processing, communication, proposal planning, and post-close coordination, partnering with sales leadership to manage the new business pipeline.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 2+ years applicable experience, ideally in financial services.
Preferred Qualifications: FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65)

Strong oral, written and presentation skills
Ability to train and coach others
Experience with Microsoft Office suite, MoneyGuide, and Salesforce
