Description
KBS De Pionier is hiring an Internal Support Coordinator to coordinate student support, coach teachers on classroom differences and pedagogy, conduct observations and classroom visits, maintain external contacts, use data to guide individual and group support, and contribute to school development. The role is a maternity-leave replacement starting immediately, with negotiable hours up to 0.6 FTE. Candidates should have several years of education experience, preferably in an IB or KC role, strong communication and coaching skills, and the ability to develop and implement policy; a master's degree in SEN or Learning & Innovation is advantageous but not required.
