BMC is hiring an Internal Support Coordinator to serve as a strategic partner to school boards and collaborative partnerships. The role combines quality improvement, teacher coaching, student-support coordination in lower grades, and inclusive-education consulting. It requires a completed Master’s degree in Special Educational Needs or a university degree in Educational Sciences, at least 3 to 5 years of comparable experience, and political and administrative sensitivity; teaching qualification and classroom experience are preferred. The position offers permanent employment with 32–40 hours, project-based work, transportation support, vacation days, and professional development opportunities.
