HARMAN is hiring an Internal System Auditor (m/w/d) in Karlsbad, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. The role plans, conducts, and documents internal system audits across automotive sites, supports external certification audits, manages audit results and corrective actions, prepares reports and management reviews, performs BMS compliance checks, and trains process owners and employees. Candidates need an electrical or telecommunications degree, automotive development and electronics-production experience, IATF16949 auditor training, quality and environmental management knowledge, QM Core Tools expertise, strong communication skills, and good English. The position offers flexible working models, training, and a salary based on the Metall- und Elektroindustrie collective agreement.
