Description
The role is to own and build the internal systems that automate a venture fund’s operating layer, including dealflow triage, searchable deal notes and meeting transcripts, and AI agents used across investment, investor relations, deal evaluation, portfolio support, and reporting. The position requires end-to-end ownership, Python and API development, LLM or agent frameworks, and the ability to work with non-engineers; it is onsite in Berlin for at least three months, ideally six, and requires English proficiency. Prior finance or VC experience is not required, while CRM or reporting infrastructure, startup or founder experience, and a background in computer science or engineering are helpful.
