Description
Kaizen is hiring a hybrid Internal Tools Engineer based in New York City to identify inefficiencies across company departments and build AI-powered internal systems, automations, and workflows. The role owns tools from problem discovery through architecture, development, rollout, and ongoing fixes; works with leads in Proposals, Customer Ops, Sales, Design, and Engineering; drives AI enablement; supports analytics; and backs deployment during implementations. Candidates should have 2–5 years of engineering, data, or applied AI experience, a shipped end-to-end tool, strong AI fluency, SQL, and data modeling skills.
