Description
The International Complex Order Processor serves as a liaison between Material Operations, Outbound, service centers, stores, and international locations to create, maintain, expedite, invoice, and ship repair and parts orders. The role processes incoming packages, manages global parts orders, coordinates repair estimates and urgent needs, supports customer escalations, maintains documentation and communication, and provides cross-functional support. It requires an undergraduate degree, at least two years of jewelry experience, at least three years of business experience, strong operational and customer-service skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Outlook. The hiring range is $25–$34 per hour.
