Description
BAS is hiring an International Construction Equipment Buyer to grow its Equipment division by purchasing construction machinery and earthmoving equipment for BAS World. The role involves traveling throughout Europe, building relationships with rental companies, contractors, and earthmoving companies, identifying inventory opportunities, negotiating prices, volumes, and terms, and closing deals. Prior construction-machinery experience is not required because internal training is provided, but candidates should have commercial purchasing or commercial sales experience, strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, and an interest in construction machinery or earthmoving equipment.
