Justworks is hiring an International Consultant to serve as a subject-matter expert and strategic advisor for international customers expanding into the Americas. The role focuses on Employer of Record compliance, jurisdictional separation, cross-border employment, local labor standards, benefits strategy, regulatory risk mitigation, and high-value customer retention and growth. The consultant will advise customers and internal partners, escalate complex compliance matters, identify expansion opportunities, and operate independently while contributing to organizational knowledge. The position is based in the Mexico City office and offers a hybrid work arrangement.
