Description
ProSidian is seeking an International Development Program/Project Manager to support DOL ILAB Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning (MEL), and Data Services. The role manages the contract, workflow, budget, schedule, staffing, quality control, client liaison, reporting, and deliverables; it also serves as the lead evaluator and coordinates specialists, subcontractors, and other contributors. The position is hybrid, based in the Washington, District of Columbia, National Capital Region, with on/off-site and virtual work across the CONUS/OCONUS Mid-Atlantic area. It requires a bachelor’s degree or higher, at least five years of contract management experience in an international development context, and at least five years of MEL service experience.
