Description
The role coordinates order and delivery processes for Quantum Systems’ global dealers, especially involving third countries. Responsibilities include creating ERP confirmations, invoices, and delivery notes; ensuring materials are available and booked; supporting returns and compensation deliveries; coordinating with logistics providers; preparing customs and export documents; and handling export licenses with BAFA. The position requires commercial training in freight forwarding or logistics, at least three years of experience in international order processing, customer service, or warehouse management, German and English communication, and strong self-motivation.
