The role supports international patients from Russian- and English-speaking regions during their medical stays in Germany. Responsibilities include interpreting and translating in Russian and English, accompanying patients, managing files and data entry in MS Office and CRM systems, arranging transportation, and assisting with accommodation, leisure, and daily-life needs. The position requires German, Russian, and English language skills, MS Office and CRM experience, a Class B driver’s license, and interpreting or people-care experience, preferably in a medical context.
