IRIS Software Group is hiring an International Payroll Advisor to act as the primary contact for a portfolio of payroll clients and coordinate payroll operations across multiple countries and providers. The role focuses on client relationships, issue resolution, performance monitoring, compliance, audits, reporting, and process improvement rather than direct payroll processing. It is fully remote for UK-based candidates and requires experience in payroll operations, administration, advisory, or client-facing services, along with strong UK payroll knowledge, analytical and communication skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
