Description
Vanderlande is hiring an International Payroll Specialist to manage accurate, timely, and compliant multi-country payroll across EMEA. The role partners with HR, Finance, external payroll providers, and subject matter experts; performs reconciliations and reporting; supports month-end and year-end activities; and drives payroll process improvement, standardization, automation, and system enhancements. The position requires 5+ years of payroll experience, payroll compliance expertise, payroll systems experience, analytical accuracy, Dutch and English fluency, and PDL and/or VPS certification. It is a hybrid role in the Netherlands with a gross monthly salary of €3,800–€5,200, excluding holiday allowance.
