Bosch Industriekessel GmbH is hiring an International Process Manager to analyze and document Lead-to-Order and Order-to-Cash processes, develop global process standards and governance, implement project-costing, procurement, contract, change-order, and IFRS-compliant accounting processes, identify and remediate process risks, and roll out improvements across international stakeholders. The role requires a relevant degree, several years of experience in international process management, business transformation, or operational excellence, strong ERP, CRM, and BPM knowledge, and very good German and English.
