Description
RTX is hiring an International Program Manager for its Close-In Weapon System (CIWS) Program in Louisville, Kentucky. The onsite role leads international programs across the full lifecycle, coordinates engineering, operations, supply chain, contracts, business development, and customer organizations, manages budgets and risks, and serves as a key interface with international customers and partners. The position requires an active and transferable U.S. government security clearance, U.S. citizenship, a university degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of relevant experience, and prior program/project management and leadership experience. The salary range is 132,400 USD to 251,600 USD, with relocation assistance available based on eligibility.
