Description
The Boston Red Sox International Scouting Associate supports the International Scouting department by assisting with player check-listing, acquisition analysis, workflow and tool improvements, video and data collection, and cross-departmental coordination. The role develops analytical, communication, teamwork, prioritization, and adaptability competencies while providing exposure to baseball operations decision-making. It requires full bilingual English and Spanish fluency, willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays, multitasking ability, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; prior baseball experience is not required.
