Description
The role leads international strategic procurement for assigned commodity groups and supplier strategies, including packaging materials, catalog purchasing, and C-parts. Responsibilities include managing procurement managers, leading purchasing teams, conducting global negotiations and award tenders, developing framework agreements, evaluating make-or-buy decisions, consolidating investment requirements, managing procurement risks, and representing commodity groups as technical experts. The position requires a relevant degree, several years of strategic CAPEX procurement experience, international procurement expertise, strong negotiation and stakeholder-management skills, ERP and MS Office proficiency, German and English proficiency, and willingness to travel.
