Eucalyptus is hiring an International Strategy & Commercial Manager to own strategic initiatives and commercial decision-making across its international business. The role covers operating-country strategy and performance for Canada, Germany, and Japan; global pharmaceutical and strategic-partnership strategy, deal structuring, and commercial negotiations; and ad hoc group strategy projects. It requires at least six years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth startup, strong commercial and financial modelling, data and AI skills, negotiation, project management, and communication abilities. The role reports to Owi Weerawardena, Head of International Strategy & Commercial, and offers private health insurance, professional development leave, 25 days of holiday, enhanced parental leave, and work from anywhere three weeks per year.
