Description

ESAB is seeking an experienced International Tax Manager to oversee and update international tax calculations for the US income tax provision. This role involves preparing federal international calculations, ensuring compliance with various tax laws, supporting merger and acquisition activities, and assisting with international tax controversies. The manager will also conduct technical research, support tax planning, and drive process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5 years of related experience managing US international calculations, US federal international related compliance teams, and tax planning projects with Big 4 accounting firm.
Experience with global tax matters.
Experience with base level transfer pricing concepts (Principal structure, Limited Risk Distributor, Contract Manufacturer, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree preferred.
CPA required.
Proficient in OneSource suite of products preferred.
Strong project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects, effectively prioritize and meet deadlines, and contribute to a culture of excellence, integrity, and accountability.
Strong analytical, verbal and written communication, people, and organizational skills.
Ability to think strategically with excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem‐solving skills.
