Vattenfall is hiring a full-time International Trainee as a Hydro Power Optimisation and Data Analytics Engineer in Luleå, Sweden. The role supports safe, efficient and flexible hydropower production by analysing production, operational and market data, evaluating performance, supporting generating-unit optimisation, and developing analytical models, dashboards, forecasts and decision-support tools. Candidates need a relevant Master of Science degree, knowledge of data analysis, statistics, optimisation, modelling or simulation, programming or analytical-tool experience, and fluency in Swedish and English. The program starts in March 2027 and requires availability for the full program, the right to work in the position’s country, and openness to mobility.
