Theras is offering an internship for Master's students or recent graduates in Management Engineering (innovation management), Biomedical Engineering, or Biotechnology. The intern will support the innovation management process within the Open Innovation area of the R&D department, providing valuable insights for master's thesis preparation. Key tasks include mapping Open Innovation activities, reconstructing historical data using the QScout platform, developing KPIs for monitoring processes, and updating evaluation procedures aligned with new workflows.
