Description
The position supports and coordinates a college internship and experiential learning program. Responsibilities include advising students on internship exploration, applications, professional development, registration, and workplace challenges; developing workshops; cultivating employer and community partnerships; coordinating employer engagement events; managing internship documentation, records, systems, assessment, and reporting; collaborating with faculty and campus partners; and evaluating student learning, career readiness, and program outcomes. A bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience are required, while a master's degree and experience with liberal arts colleges, internship coordination, and career-management software are preferred.
