Description
The Program Coordinator will manage and expand internship and work-based learning partnerships, place students in training sites, oversee stipends and program records, coordinate career exploration activities, provide barrier-removal referrals, and support program outcomes. The role also develops community partnerships, creates outreach materials, and collaborates with school and community stakeholders. It requires 2–4 years of youth workforce experience, bilingual Spanish/English ability, a bachelor’s degree, CPR certification, TB clearance, and availability for some weekends and evenings.
