Description
The Manufacturing Operations Intern will support plant-level manufacturing operations by assisting production supervisors, implementing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives, collaborating with engineering and maintenance teams on equipment reliability, and contributing to continuous improvement projects involving process automation and data-driven decision-making. The role requires study in electrical or electronic engineering, computer or data science, or a related discipline, along with semiconductor and electronic component knowledge, analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Excel, Minitab, SPC, and BI tools.
