Description
The Real Estate Development Intern supports Altarea Group’s technical follow-up across land development, feasibility, design, tendering, contractor consultation, cost estimation, and regulatory matters. Reporting to the Director and/or Technical Manager, the intern works with program teams, prepares technical and financial files, evaluates contractor offers, and helps centralize project information. The role is intended for a Bac+4/5 student in real estate, urban planning, engineering, business, construction, or a related field and lasts six months.
