This is a mandatory internship opportunity in International HR Digitalization at CHT located in Tübingen. The intern will support the administration and customization of Workday systems for HR processes like recruitment, administration, and learning. Responsibilities include handling user inquiries, supporting digitalization efforts, creating presentations, taking ownership of projects, and assisting with data maintenance. The ideal candidate will have studies in business administration, economics, business informatics, or a comparable field, possess interest in modern HR practices, demonstrate initiative, and have strong organizational and communication skills.
