Description
YoungCapital is hiring a Recruitment Intern in Hoofddorp to connect candidates with companies, map client needs, support recruiters and account managers, follow up with applicants by phone, and prepare schedules and contracts. The role requires an enthusiastic student enrolled in an MBO or HBO program, availability for 32–40 hours per week, and at least MBO-level working ability. The internship includes an allowance of at least €450 per month, team outings, a fully catered lunch, and the possibility of a job after completion.
