Baird is hiring two hybrid Data Analytics Interns: a Capital Markets Compliance Data Analytics Intern and a Global Investment Banking Data Analytics Intern. Both roles involve developing regulatory technology and business intelligence solutions, creating SQL, Python, and Power BI reports, supporting data governance and quality assurance, and assisting business users. The Compliance internship seeks a local student starting in January 2027 or earlier, while the Investment Banking internship seeks a local student starting in June 2027. Both require full-time summer hours of 37.5–40 hours per week and part-time semester hours of 15–20 hours per week.
