Description
The HMM Group is hiring a Continuous Improvement intern to support production teams at its Champigny-sur-Marne workshop. Reporting to the Production Manager, the intern will work in project mode to standardize practices, optimize workshop flows and organization, structure improvement projects, track progress, develop dashboards and procedures, and deploy Lean tools such as 5S and visual management. The role requires an engineering or equivalent training student on a work-study basis, project management and computer skills, analytical ability, Lean interest, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
