Exalt is hiring a full-time Internship Coordinator to prospect and develop internship partnerships with corporate, government, and nonprofit organizations in New York City, sustain existing relationships, and place core and graduate students in meaningful internships. The role coordinates placements, interviews, intake, Salesforce data, match meetings, outreach events, and communication with program leaders and partners. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3–5 years in youth development, youth justice, internship, partnership, or network development, and familiarity with court-involved or system-involved youth are required; bilingual Spanish ability is a plus. The position pays $65,000 per year and includes health, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401k matching, commuter and parking flexible spending, paid time off, and other benefits.
