Description

STMicroelectronics is hiring a six-month intern to study fault resistance of post-quantum, hash-based signature verification. The intern will build a software reference implementation for fault modeling, define fault models and targets, review literature on attacks against verification mechanisms, evaluate countermeasures for hardware support, and optionally explore hash-chain hardware acceleration. The internship is based in Italy and France and requires a Master's-level background in applied mathematics, computer science, or electronics, knowledge of cryptography and embedded systems, and software development experience in C or Python.
