Hermès is seeking an internship in its Information Systems Department’s Client Projects team to support the digitalization of in-store customer journeys. The role supports the Project Manager with documentation and tracking tools, participates in requirements workshops, contributes to functional specifications and testing, helps deploy store solutions, monitors field feedback and incident resolution, and conducts data analysis. The intern should be pursuing a Bac+5 degree in Information Systems, Project Management, Digital, or a related field, be proficient in Microsoft 365 and Agile or V-model methodologies, and have spoken and written English skills.
