Hermès is seeking an internship in its Information Systems Department’s Client Projects team to support the digitalization of in-store customer journeys. The role involves assisting the Project Manager with documentation and tracking tools, participating in requirements workshops, contributing to functional specifications and user acceptance testing, deploying solutions in stores, monitoring field feedback and incident resolution, and analyzing data. Candidates should be pursuing a five-year degree in Information Systems, Project Management, or Digital, be proficient in Microsoft 365 and Agile or V-Model methodologies, and have spoken and written English proficiency.
