Description
Eaton is hiring an Embedded Software Engineering Intern for a twelve-week paid internship at its Franksville, Wisconsin site. The intern will work with experienced engineers on new product development, performing engineering analyses, creating designs, developing unit tests, and working with hardware drivers, embedded applications, networking, and related areas using C, C++, and Python. The role requires active enrollment in or receipt of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant engineering or computer science program, a minimum GPA of 2.8, and graduation no earlier than December 2027; prior internship or co-op experience, higher GPA, and familiarity with Agile Scrum are preferred. Relocation assistance may be provided, and the salary is $22.15–$37.50 per hour depending on the applicant’s year in school.
