The Internship, Employer Engagement & Student Professional Development Coordinator supports the College of Business and Public Administration’s internship program, employer engagement, student professional development, career readiness, outreach, recruitment, and related reporting activities. The role coordinates student advising, internship tracking, employer relationships, workshops, digital communications, data analysis, and program improvement, while traveling locally throughout Kern County. It is a full-time, on-site staff position with a starting salary of up to $5,540 per month and benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, tuition waiver, leave, and paid holidays.
