CONXAI is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineering Intern to work directly with customers and the engineering team on live construction projects. The intern will design AI workflows for construction data, deploy and integrate the agentic platform, write code and prototype features, translate customer needs into technical specifications, and validate AI outputs against construction standards. The role requires a relevant master's degree, CAD experience, hands-on coding, agentic AI familiarity, construction literacy, and professional English; German is highly desired. The internship is intended to identify candidates for a permanent role.
