The role includes organizing soft-skills and leadership training, administering courses in the mySuccess learning management solution, managing internal marketing for the HR training portfolio, advising employees and managers, coordinating with education partners, and contributing to HR projects. Applicants should be studying business administration, business psychology, communications, or a comparable field, be familiar with MS Office, and have fluent German and good spoken and written English skills.
