Mercedes-Benz U.S. International, Inc. is hiring a paid Organizational Development and Training Intern to support training projects, coordinate training companies and employee training, promote internal training and career opportunities, support assessment centers for leadership candidates, and plan and implement Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives. The role also supports training communications, team meetings, presentations, and other development topics. Candidates must be currently enrolled in a relevant university program or in a gap year between bachelor’s and master’s degrees, have completed at least three semesters of relevant study, and be available for at least six months. The internship offers an hourly rate of $18, visa-cost coverage, and a $700 housing bonus.
